YOU RECEIVED ORDER CONFORMATION AND IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED TRACKING INFORMATION BUT YOUR ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YOU HAVE 10 FROM THE DATE OF RECEIVING YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION EMAIL AND OR TRACKING LINK TO CONTACT US ABOUT YOUR SHIPMENT.

IF YOU FAIL TO CONTACT US WE ARE IN THE RIGHT TO NOT REFUND OR REPLACE DUE TO LACK OF NOTICE OR REASON OF THE ORDER REFUND. OR REPLACEMENT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST DAMAGE SHIPMENT OR WRONG ADDRESS FILED OUT DURING CHECKOUT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED BUT THE ORDER TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED Be sure to check with your neighbors to see if the package was left with them. Please email us within 10 days of receiving your tracking information if your package hasn’t turned up. You can also reach out to the carrier if you have any questions while we investigate on our end for you.

You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package ships, via the email you placed your order with. Make sure to check all inboxes, including your spam folder, if you can’t find your shipping confirmation. 


Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We unfortunately can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order or address updates not being made upon moving to a new address. INFORMATION MUST BE ACCURATE OR Shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout. We don't except Refunds or Replacements on Such Matters Due to lack of Accuracy. But you can place a new order with accurate address
