We Don't Except Returns But you can Contact us about the item or item(s) to get a Replacement sent to you cost free for you if your item is damaged. by visiting our Returns Form Please ensure you have your order number and email address you used when placing your purchase. You will Be Required to upload A photo of the Damage item when you fill out the Returns Form .we will get back to you via email.
Products will Be Replace if they are
Damaged From shipping OR FABRIC ISSUE - SUCH AS RIPE TIRES-MUG BROKEN FROM SHIPPING.
DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE CUSTOMER
Are Not Granted A Replacement. No products that are Damage By the customer after wearing, having the product and they damage the product. Washing the Product in a manner that would cause product damage. UNDER NO EXCEPTION WE DON'T TAKE REPLACEMENT ON MISHAP THAT THE CUSTOMER CAUSED.
If your items are eligible for a replacement, we will replace the item once we receive and check in the on the replacement. We only accept replacement within 5 days of receiving your item it must only be return unutilized condition and original packaging. aside from that all sales/purchase are final NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS OR EXCHANGE. Only Replacements for products that are Damage in any way that is valid. if your item was received broken and or damage you may be granted a replacement of that item.
Please note that any shipping costs on the original order will not be refunded for replace items.
If your product arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, and we are unable to provide a replacement, you will be refunded the amount paid.
